Southern Coast Clothing is a small family-owned online shop based in St. Johns County, Florida. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, email address, and shipping address you provide, plus the items in your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers. If you contact us or ask for updates, we keep the email address and message you send.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, answer your questions, and — if you asked for them — send occasional updates about new products. We share order details with the print and fulfillment partner that produces and ships your items, and with our payment processor to complete the transaction. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, returns, and support. Messages sent through our contact form are kept until they're no longer needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold, or to stop sending you marketing email, at any time by writing to contact@southerncoastclothing.com.
Opt out of communications
Enter your email address and we'll remove it from marketing and promotional messages.
